Frontier Vehicle Salvage is our core back office administrative system covering every aspect of vehicle salvage. Frontier Vehicle Salvage is easy to use yet offers a wealth of features for Vehicle Salvage Operators both large and small.
Frontier Salvage offers powerful searching and our fantastic features allow you to work on multiple vehicles simultaneously. All information is loaded with the vehicle and full insurance company contracts are held allowing all invoices to be raised automatically and calculating how much vehicles should cost. For your convenience Frontier Salvage handles all of your VAT in line with the VAT Margin scheme whether the vehicles are private, commercial or leased. With our batch re-printing feature, it enables you to effectively pursue insurance companies for all those outstanding chargers, with batch purchasing it allows you to pay for multiple vehicles with one payment saving you on overheads.
With Frontier Salvage you can print cheques and any document can be directly scanned and stored with the vehicle. You can simply produce Digital Image Inspections and Re-Negs and email with images from within the vehicle record with just a click. You have the ability to make offers against vehicles and if the offers are successful they will be converted into full vehicle records by Frontier Salvage. Our software links to accounting systems such as Sage and Pegasus. With Frontier Salvage there is a quick ELV entry screen and it also handles international repatriations. To save you on time and effort Frontier Salvage automatically exports vehicles to all popular online salvage auctions. Uplift charges are now broken down into multiple categories and uses email for authorisation. Our Frontier Salvage system allows you to record notes, this is useful to record everything about a vehicle including phone call summaries and customer contact. To make things easier for you, returning customer information can be stored and viewed and the details can be shared with Frontier Dismantling to build up a complete customer history. You can also store any file with a vehicle record with a simple drag and drop.
There are two options for our Royal Mail Postcode data with Frontier Salvage, basic or premium. The basic option provides street level address lookup and the premium option offers additional premisis details. Our Frontier Salvage system integrates with cartakeback.com to help you comply with the government recycling targets and also exports to various systems for generating CODs, including DVLA, ELVEs and Car Take Back. Frontier Salvage provides a HPI Identity Check which can be done simply by entering the vehicle registration number. Comprehensive reports provided with Frontier Salvage cover everything from stock levels, sales performance, invoices and profitability. You can take multiple digital photos and store them with the vehicle record as well as printing invoices, auction catalogues and reports. Frontier allows you to print straight onto your own stationery, or design a template for use on blank paper. To make things even easier for you, Frontier can take uplift notifications, clearances, auction and selling information straight from emails and with our MapPoint feature, all of your pending uplifts can be plotted onto a map, these uplifts can be colour coded according to your own pre-set criteria.
